Well after afew days of playing and killing my first spykee its done :-)

You control it via the spykee base lights. It only enables the servo when both lights have been on for 2 seconds, then if you toggle each one off in turn it controls the up/down movement of the camera.. simple stuff but I think one of the best mods you can do as its something that should of been there in the first place....
