send them an email, if youve got the robot and details (Mac no, robot name...) you can get it for free as long as you have a reason

I sent all the relevant information over 3 weeks ago. I dont think you need to supply a reason because the current charger can overheat the battery and represents a hazard. Im wondering if anyone has received this upgraded charger with the 3.5 hour timer in it because I still have not received mine???

Hi Everybody,

I have received mine for free 3 weeks after my request in France.
The new charger stop charging after 4 hours approximatively and works fine. Unfortunatly my battery pack
doesn't work more than 3 minutes. I have written about this problem and still waiting an answer from MECCANO/ERECTOR.

Hi,

rds2002, i have a same problem !!!!! my battery pack doesn't work more 3 minutes, but i will charge it about 5 hours !! I have send a message du mecano erector for solve this problem. Can you send me a message if you received a responce before me ?
