Spykee charge doesn't work

Hi,

I bought a spykee robot and all is working for configuration but it seems that the charge doesn't work.

The problem appear when I try to activate it. It move forward for 1 sec and all is stopped with no more conectivity !
If I put it back to the charger, it will reconnect to WIFI but on the console I've got only the screen : CHARGING
(even after 4 hours of charge)

Could someone help me please ?

i know it might seem stupid, but check that it is turned on under the chasis, it still goes of the base as you describe if it is turned off
